The bright, modern South Tyrol holiday apartment, suitable for two to five people, measures 55 square meters and is located on the second floor (attic) of our climate-certified house, standard A. The apartment includes a bathroom and a kitchenette, as well as a bedroom and a living area with a cozy seating corner and an additional sleeping option. From the spacious balcony, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of Lake Durnholz.

To further enhance your comfort, dear guests, we offer a range of additional amenities: in addition to satellite TV and a dishwasher, you will also have access to wireless internet (Wi-Fi), washing and drying facilities, and a hairdryer. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is also a convenient storage area for your skis. Bed linen and towels are, of course, provided.

We are happy to make your stay as pleasant as possible: upon request, you can enjoy fresh bread and eggs in the morning or—by prior arrangement—our homemade farmhouse breakfast. In addition, we offer a pick-up service from the nearest train or bus station on arrival and departure.
